Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at support@radien.in or calling (+91)8778843015.

Return Eligibility
You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are unused and in their original condition. The product seal must remain intact, and the original packaging, including any fabric bags, must be returned.

Non-Returnable Items
Any items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for return.

Refunds
